You must love people and thrive in a VERY fast-paced environment. Duties include taking customer orders at the windows, multitasking in a VERY fast-paced environment, provide outstanding customer service, run the cash register, stock, clean (including hand washing dishes for 1+ hour at the end of the shift numerus times each week), moving heavy floor mats, sweep and mop floors, perform opening and closing duties. Every team member needs to be reliable, on time for their shift, enthusiastic, hardworking, able to multi-task in a in a very fast-paced environment, stand and move for the entire 8-9 hour shift, work as a team and provide the customers with very friendly service. There may be opportunity for advancement onto a barista position.
